According to Air newspaper, national flag carrier Tunisair will open, this summer, a new route between Tunis and Lille. This action is part of the intensification of its flights to France.
From March 25 to October 30, 2012, Tunisair planes will land twice a week on the airport of Lille – Lesquin.
Flights will be operated by Airbus A320. They will depart from Tunis at 6:50 a.m. and arrive at 10:30 a.m. and depart at 11:15 a.m. to land at 12:55 a.m.
The flight will take off Friday at 17:30 and land at 9:10 p.m., and leave Lille at 9:55 p.m. to land at 23:30.
Other frequencies will be added particularly on routes to London (12 per week instead of 11), Lyon (9 instead of 8), Bordeaux (4 instead of 3), but will decrease to Nantes from 7 to 6 weekly flights.
Other cities will benefit from additional flights, such as Abidjan, Amsterdam, Bamako, Barcelona, Benghazi, Berlin, Casablanca, Dakar, Lisbon, Madrid, Manchester, Milan and Moscow.
