OfficePlast: Fundraising for international expansion and strategic partner

During its financial briefing on February 16, 2026, in Tunis, OfficePlast CEO Yassine Abid presented “Horizon 2030”, a strategic plan for 2026–2030 developed with an international consulting firm.

The goal is clear: accelerate growth while strengthening profitability and value creation.

Following a 20% revenue increase in 2024 to TND 35 million, confirming strong fundamentals, the group targets TND 55–57 million in 2026, 72 million in 2028, and 88 million in 2030, with a targeted EBIT of 13 million and net income of 9 million, maintaining a 50% payout.

International expansion is the main driver: growth in France (target of 18 million TND by 2030 through direct sales and strategic partnerships), deployment in Italy (12 million TND by 2030), and an industrial hub in Morocco to address sub-Saharan Africa (12 million TND).

In Tunisia, the group is consolidating its leadership and has demonstrated operational resilience after the 2025 fire, with no impact on its industrial capabilities.

The financing of the plan is based on a two-stage fundraising: TND 6 million to clean up the financial structure and support working capital requirements, followed by the entry of a strategic partner for TND 20 million (up to 35% of the capital) to accelerate international expansion.

The whole outlines a structured growth profile, combining financial discipline, visibility on objectives, and international ambition.
