The volume of loans to citizens reached 43 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) during the first quarter of last year, which corresponds to an increase of 3.97% compared to the same period of 2013.
Recent statistics have noted that employees have benefited most from these direct loans, stating that the credit rate went up 17% in the last five years.
