Minister of Communication Technologies Noomen Fehri said in a statement to African Manager Tuesday that 7,500 job positions have been created in the field of technology since his appointment at the head of this department.
4,500 job positions were created as part of the Smart Tunisia project while the remaining 3,000 were through startups, he added.
The minister also recalled that the objective is to create 100 thousand jobs over the next five years.
