Investments in projects whose cost is higher or equal to 5 MTD posted an increase of 29.6% from 1,240.1 MTD, during the first 9 months of 2011 to 1,607.2 MTD, during the same period in 2012.
The number of these projects reached 88 during the first nine months of 2012, against 92 projects of the same type in the same period of the previous year. These projects will generate 13,707 against 9,197 in 2011, down 32.9%.
It should be noted that projects with investments of 5 MTD, which represent only 2.9% of the number of projects reported and 17.3% in the number of jobs, account for 58.4% of the overall investments reported.
