Tunisia: AeTECH reports 14% increase in turnover compared to 2015

At December 31, 2016, AeTECH saw its turnover increase by 14% compared to the year 2015 to 15.414 MTD.

The “Distribution” business posed a significant growth of 29% compared to 2015 and contributed 82% of the total turnover in 2016 for a turnover of 12.693 MTD.

The “Solutions” activity reached 2.701 MTD of turnover in 2016, thus falling by 25% compared to last year.

AeTECH’s operating expenses (excluding amortization and provisions) rose from 13.710 MTD at the end of 2015 to 15.848 MTD at 31/12/2016, up 16%.

HR costs were controlled at 0.471 MTD in Q4 2016, reaching 1.814 million dinars for the full year 2016, down 10% compared to 2015.

At 31/12/2016, EBITDA was -0.434 million TD with an EBITDA margin of -2.8% compared with -1.5% a year earlier.

AeTECH’s financial expenses have decreased by 19% in Q4 2016. They went down from 0.086 MTD in 2015 to 0.070 MTD in 2016.
