The National Commission for the Granting of Subsidies to the Agricultural Investment Promotion Agency (APIA) approved on April 2 the financing of 5 investment projects worth a total of 7 million dinars.
These projects are spread over four governorates, namely Mahdia, Sfax, Kasserine and Kef, according to a press release issued by the APIA.
With regard to land loans, the Commission approved 11 loans worth TND 1.6 million in the governorates of Sidi Bouzid, Kasserine, Gafsa and Kef.
It should be noted that the value of approved agricultural investments fell by 25.1% in 2023 compared with 2022, reaching TND 480.1 million, according to statistics published by APIA in February 2024.
