Tunisia: applications for 2nd public sector digitization award launched

A call for applications for the second edition of the public sector digitization prize has just been launched by the Ministry of Communication Technologies.

This prize rewards the best digital transformation projects in the public sector.

According to the ICT department, it will highlight the efforts made in terms of digitization and publicly recognize the performance of the teams that have delivered the best projects.

It also aims to help accelerate the dynamics of the digital transition, and to raise awareness among the sector’s players and the public about the potential and capacity that digital offers for developing public services.

The competition is divided into three categories: “DigiGov for Citizens”, “DigiGov for Business” and “MobileApp for DigiGov”.

The three winners will receive national trophies on October 27 during the opening of the Tunisian Digital Summit TDS 2020.

This year, Tunisia Digital Summit (TDS 2020), will be held entirely online, on October 27 and 28, 2020, through a very innovative Tunisian digital platform, said the Ministry of ICT.

Applications for the digital award must be submitted exclusively online by email to [email protected] before October 20, 2020, at 2:00 pm.
