ATTIJARI LEASING has announced that its Board of Directors met recently and approved the financial statements for the 2023 financial year, which have been submitted to the statutory auditors.
These statements show a net profit of TND 8.8 million, compared to TND 7.5 million in 2022, representing a growth of approximately 18%.
The Board of Directors also decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting for April 26, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the headquarters of Attijari Leasing and to propose the distribution of a dividend of TND 1.500 per share, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
