Attijari Leasing has decided to issue a debenture loan ” Attijari Leasing 2022-1 ” for an amount of 20 million dinars, likely to be raised to a maximum of 30 million dinars, according to the following conditions:
Category A: with a duration of 5 years at a fixed rate of 10.00%;
Category B: of a 5-year duration at a variable rate of MMR+2.75%.
Subscriptions and payments for this loan will be received as from August 22, 2022 and closed at the latest on September 22, 2022. They can be closed, without prior notice, as soon as the maximum amount of the issue (30 million dinars) is fully subscribed.
The opening of subscriptions to this loan remains, however, dependent on the publication by the Fitch Ratings of the final rating of the loan on its site.
The subscription requests will be received within the limit of the issued securities, i.e. a maximum of 300 000 bonds.
The subscriptions to this loan and the payments will be received as from August 22, 2022 at the stock exchange broker “Attijari Intermédiation.”
This debenture loan is part of the mobilization of funds necessary to the realization of the financing of the leasing operations of movable and immovable assets that amount to 250 million dinars, planned for the year 2022.
