The Banque de l’Habitat (BH) has announced that its Board of Directors has decided to call the shareholders of the bank on September 7, 2017 at the Extraordinary General Meeting in order to decide on the proposed increase of Capital to be carried out simultaneously:
– By incorporating reserves and distributing 6,800,000 free shares on the basis of one (1) new free share for five (5) old shares.
– In cash of 34 million dinars by the creation of 6,800,000 shares to be subscribed for one (1) new share subscribed for five (5) old shares, to be issued at a price of 15 dinars (5 dinars nominal plus an issue premium of 10 dinars).
The share capital will thus increase from 170 to 238 million dinars.
