Tunisia: BNA will increase its capital to 320 million dinars

The “Banque Nationale Agricole” (BNA) has announced that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on March 6 to approve the increase of its share capital in cash and by incorporation of reserves to bring it from 176 to 320 million dinars.

Indeed, the EGM will decide to increase the share capital of BNA by 144 million dinars according to the following terms:

140.8 million dinars by issuing 28,160,000 new shares at a price of 12 dinars each, i.e. 5 dinars of nominal value and 7 dinars of share premium. These shares would be subscribed according to the parity of 4 new shares for 5 old shares.

3.2 million dinars by allocation of 640,000 free shares of nominal value equal to 5 dinars each following an incorporation of reserves.

These free shares will be allocated according to the parity of one (1) new share for 55 old shares.

The share capital will be set at 320 million dinars divided into 64 million shares of par value of 5 dinars each fully paid up.
