The Tunisian-Libyan Bank (BTL) announced that the increase in its share capital by an amount of 152 million dinars, decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting of September 25, 2025, has been completed.
This was achieved through the issue at par of 1,520,000 new shares with a nominal value of 100 dinars each.
The bank emphasizes that the new shares issued in cash were fully subscribed and paid up at the time of subscription.
The share capital has thus been raised to 252 million dinars, divided into 2,520,000 registered shares with a nominal value of 100 dinars each.
