Tunisia: Cellcom concludes H1 with marked improvement in financial results

The company Cellcom, specialized in the distribution of high-tech products and owner of the Tunisian brand Evertek, concluded the first half of 2025 with a marked improvement in its financial results, confirming the recovery trend that began with its strategic transformation in the summer of 2023.

This performance is based on cost control and an optimized financial structure, illustrated by a positive net cash position of 5.3 million dinars, compared to only 1.4 million at the end of 2024.

As for the half-year revenue, it amounts to 27.3 million dinars, down from 33 million in the same period in 2024.

However, this contraction is accompanied by a clear improvement in margins and operating profit, a direct result of the rationalization of purchases and a prudent destocking policy.

Cellcom is continuing its structural and strategic transformation. This shift has resulted in a restructuring of distribution, increased digitalization, and a refocusing on high value-added products.

In line with this strategy, Cellcom is preparing to launch, in the coming weeks, a new brand of smartwatches and connected products, aiming to strengthen its presence in a high-growth segment.

Concurrently, the company plans to relaunch the Tunisian brand Evertek with a renewed product range adapted to current market trends.

Finally, these results reflect the robustness of the transformation plan initiated two years ago.

With a return to sustainable profitability, improved cash flow, and growth prospects driven by innovation, Cellcom confirms its gradual return among the major players in the high-tech sector in Tunisia.
