The CITY CARS financial statements for the year 2018 show an individual net income of 14 MD and a consolidated net profit of 14.3 MD.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting for Thursday, May 30, 2019 and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.950 dinar per share for the financial year 2018.
The Board also decided to proceed with a capital increase by capitalizing reserves of 4.5 MD by issuing 4,500,000 free shares on the basis of one new share for three old shares.
The share capital will increase from 13.5 MD to 18 MD. The Board of Directors has therefore decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10:30 am at the company’s headquarters for approval of the capital increase decision.
