Ekuity Capital, formerly known as Consortium Tuniso-Koweitien de Développement (CTKD), has crossed the threshold of 5% in the capital of Société d’Articles Hygiéniques (SAH Lilas).

Ekuity Capital, which held 4.65% of the capital of SAH before the crossing of the threshold, on October 6, 2022, directly acquired 1.269.365 shares and voting rights, that is 1.53% of the capital of SAH.

As a result, Ekuity Capital now directly holds 5,064,572 shares and voting rights, i.e. 6.20% of the capital of the Tunisian leader in the production of sanitary articles.

Ekuity Capital was created in 1976 as a joint venture between Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA), the sovereign fund of the State of Kuwait, the Tunisian government and the Tunisian private sector in order to promote the Tunisian hotel and tourism sector.
