Finance Minister Slim Chaker announced Thursday on Express FM the creation of a “Bank of Regions” designed to support projects in interior and marginalized regions.
He said this bank will be created with the assistance of the German public bank KfW, adding that it will be either a new bank or conversion of one of the public banks like the “Banque Nationale Agricole” (BNA) into a bank of regions.
