American agency USAID has launched a new project to support the upgrading of Tunisian companies.
To improve the skills and competitiveness of enterprises, this project offers to make the diagnosis of businesses and difficulties they face to expand and export, and the training needs of their workforce and employability of jobless young graduates.
The project focuses on specific sectors: ICT, textiles, food processing, tourism, automotive components, transportation…
The agency’s experts will come at the beginning of December to hold a meeting with interested businesses at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax.
The agency funds diagnoses of selected companies and if necessary finances up to 80% of the cost of training.
