Tunisia: further cut in fuel prices announced

The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Energy Transition announced on Monday, June 8, 2020, that it has been decided to make a partial change in the selling prices to the public for certain petroleum products. This change involves a cut in prices for the following products:

Unleaded petrol: reduction from 0.030 dinar to 1.975 dinar per litre

Sulphur-free diesel: reduction from 0.025 dinar to 1.750 dinar per litre

Regular diesel: Reduction from 0.020 dinar to 1.510 dinar per liter.

The Department points out that the prices of other petroleum products have not been changed.

The last decrease in pump prices decided by the government was made on May 7.
