The Tunisian government, on Thursday, launched an international tender for the sale of 51% stake in Tunisian first car dealership, Ennakl Tunisia, confiscated from Sakher el Materi after the Revolution.
The tender will not apply to all shares of Ennakl confiscated. About 9% will be sold in a second time, in the form of IPO on the Tunis Stock Exchange.
