Tunisia: Hannibal Lease issues bond of 30 million dinars

Leasing company Hannibal Lease has obtained a visa from the Financial Market Council (CMF) for the issue and admission on the market of a bond issue “HL 2017-03” in the amount of 30 million dinars likely to be raised to 40 million divided into 300,000 bonds likely to carry 400,000 nominal bonds 100 dinars.

Subscriptions to this loan will be opened on December 18, 2017 and closed no later than January 26, 2018.

They can be closed without notice as soon as the maximum amount of the issue (40 million dinars) is fully subscribed. Subscription requests will be received within the limit of the securities issued, i.e. a maximum of 400,000 bonds.

Subscriptions to this loan and the payments will be received from December 18, 2017 from broker MAC SA.

The proceeds of this issue are intended to participate in the financing of the assets to be leased, in respect of fiscal year 2017, amounting to 430 million dinars.

Indeed, the total need for bond resources financing planned for the 2017 financial year is 120 million dinars
