The average monthly Money Market Rate (MMR) for the month of January was 7.81%, the same level as the previous month.
It should be noted that the day-to-day MMR ended January at 7.82%. It even fell below the key rate at 7.67%, its lowest level after the BCT’s key rate was raised by 100 basis points on February 19, 2019.
