The company LAND’OR announced that the increase in cash of the company’s registered capital by 3,408,007 dinars, decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 19, 2021 and opened to subscription on May 13, 2022, was carried out within the limit of 75.06% of the amount of the increase in capital initially decided.
This has been done through the subscription to 2,557,909 new shares at the issuing price of 9 dinars each, that is to say 1 dinars of nominal value increased by an issuing premium of 8 dinars.
The registered capital of the company LAND’OR SA is thus increased from 11,226,376 dinars to 13,784,285 dinars divided into 13,784,285 registered shares of 1-dinar nominal value each and article 6 of the by-laws has been modified accordingly.
Moreover, the board of directors meeting held on February 25, 2022 decided that the 2,557,909 shares will carry dividend rights as from January 1, 2022.
