Land’Or announced that its Board of Directors has decided to convene shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (AGE) to be held on Monday, April 1, 2019, in order to deliberate on the proposed capital increase in line with the Company’s Business Plan for the years 2018 to 2022.
As part of financing the company’s development program and reorganizing its financial situation, the Extraordinary General Meeting will decide to increase the company’s share capital by an amount of 5,452. 935 dinars to raise it from 4,846,875 dinars to 10,299,810 dinars. This will be made by issuing 5,452,935 shares of 8.250 dinars each.
This capital increase will be in cash, through two concurrent operations: the first without the preferential subscription rights being canceled, and the second with the cancellation of the preferential subscription right.
