Tunisia: listed companies called to file financial statements no later than January 20

The Financial Market Council (CMF) has called on companies admitted to listing on the Stock Exchange to file their activity indicators for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2020, with the Council and the Tunis Stock Exchange, no later than January 20, 2021.

It added in a statement that these companies must publish of these quarterly indicators in the official bulletin of the Financial Market Council and in a daily newspaper published in Tunis, and this, under the provisions of Article 21 of Law No. 94-117 of November 14, 1994 on the reorganization of the financial market.

The CMF has also indicated that these indicators must be established in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 a of the CMF regulation on public offerings and the indicators set by sector in Annex 11 of the same regulation.
