n order to support projects and facilitate the financing of investments for Tunisian SMEs, MAXULA Gestion and Zitouna Tamkeen signed a partnership agreement on Friday, 22 September 2017.
The agreement, initialed by Nabil Ghalleb and Raouf Aouadi, CEOs of Zitouna Tamkeen and Maxula Gestion respectively, focuses on strengthening coordination between the two institutions in order to optimize support for SMEs.
The two parties undertake to collaborate together in financing micro-projects and to cooperate in evaluating the opportunities of financing operations.
The two institutions will share the respective expertise and experience in micro-project financing.
Zitouna Tamkeen is the first Islamic microfinance institution in Tunisia. It offers financial and non-financial services to promote development projects with a major socio-economic impact, especially in the marginalized regions of Tunisia.
