Microcred Tunisia has just reached the level of 1,000 clients, by granting a loan to Nadia, seller of fruit and vegetables in the district of Jebel Jelloud.
In order to better serve its customers, Microcred Tunisia conducted its first customer satisfaction survey and the results were positive with an overall satisfaction rate of around 94%.
