The Board of Directors of OneTech Group met on March 29, 2024 to review the activities of the Group during the financial year 2023. The financial statements for the year show the following indicators:
The Group’s consolidated revenues grew by 5.6% in 2023 to reach 1,105 million dinars, with the majority of revenues (86%) directed to export markets.
Operating margins improved significantly compared to the previous year as a result of the stabilisation of supply chains and the volatility of raw material prices on the one hand, and higher value-added production on the other.
Gross margin increased by 22% and the Group achieved EBITDA of 100 million dinars for the first time.
Operating profit was in line with budget at 63.4 million dinars compared to 31.1 million dinars in 2022, and consolidated net profit was 42.4 million dinars, an increase of 193%.
The Board of Directors decided to propose the distribution of a total dividend of 20.1 million dinars, or 0.250 dinars per share.
It was also decided to convene the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 16, 2024 at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE).
