A signing ceremony of a draft agreement between the National Agency for Energy Control (ANME) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) will take place Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11:30 am at the Department of Industry, Energy and Mining in Tunis, in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Secretariat for Development and International Cooperation, the Assistant Resident Representative of UNDP and national partners.
The project document refers to ” (1) NAMA support Project for The Tunisian Solar Plan ” and will receive a total funding of $ 3.5 million (MTD 6.4 million) from the Global Environment Fund (GEF) under donation.
It will be executed by ANME in partnership with UNDP over a period of five years from 2015.
