The number of subscribers of Ooredoo Tunisia has decreased slightly by 1% year on year in the second quarter and stood at 7.3 million at end-June 2015. The downward trend already existed slightly in March with 7.4 million customers.
Revenues for the first six months of 2015 also decreased to USD 249. 9 million, against USD 329.1 million during the same period in 2014, impacted by the depreciation of the Tunisian dinar.
In local currency, revenues were higher, Ooredoo, however, noted without mentioning other figures.
EBITDA decreased to USD 112 million against USD 154.6 million a year earlier, and net income for the first half fell to USD 28.5 million against USD 50.4 million in 2014.
