On the occasion of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Tunisian Beverage Manufacturing Company (SFBT) currently held at the “Maison de l’Entreprise”, its CEO Hamadi Bousbiaâ, welcomed the new shareholder, Poulina, with whom he says he wants to establish a solid professional relationship “as with all its shareholders”.
Mr. Bousbiaâ pointed out that the entry of the Poulina Group into the capital of his company allowed the SFBT share to keep a certain stability of its shares.
In addition, the largest market capitalization manager indicated that the Poulina Group currently holds 9.1% of the share capital of the SFBT.
