The company Partner Investment acquired 15.09% of the capital of the company SITS (Tunisian-Saudi Real Estate Company), as of November 24, 2020, announced the Tunis Stock Exchange.
The transaction was carried out through the realization of two block transactions involving 2,354,437 shares at a price of 2,300 dinars, for a total amount of 5.4 million dinars.
The company Partner Investment, created by Poulina Group Holding (PGH), already holds more than 20% of the capital of the SITS.
Moreover, at the request of the Financial Market Council (CMF), the listing of SITS securities is suspended for the day of Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
