Tunisia seeks to attract about 100,000 Saudi tourists instead of the 7,000 tourists usually hosted by Tunisia.
Further steps should be taken by the Ministry of Tourism to reach 100 thousand tourists from Saudi Arabia.
These include, in particular, increasing daily flights between Jeddah, Riyadh and Tunis and examine the experiences of Egypt and Turkey in attracting Saudis.
These new procedures are added to a recent measure taken by Tunisia, involving the cancellation of visas for Saudis.
Tunisia attracts only 7,000 among the 4.5 million Saudi tourists leaving annually for vacation.
