The “Société de Fabrication des Boissons de Tunisie” (SFBT) plans to increase its capital by 49.5 million dinars (MD) from 198 MD to 247 MD by incorporation of reserves, the company said in a press release published on the site of the Tunisian Stock Exchange.
As a result, an extraordinary general meeting will be held on July 6, 2020, with the participation of all shareholders, in order to vote on this proposal.
At the same time, an ordinary meeting will be organized to present the consolidated financial statements of the SFBT Group at the end of 2019.
