Tunisia: sharp bearish movement of dinar

The Tunisian exchange market is still dominated by a strong bearish movement of the dinar, which closed the day of June 24, 2014, at 2.300 against the euro and 1.692 against the dollar, thus recording one of the highest daily variations ever known by the Tunisian exchange market or 140 pips against the euro and 170 pips against the dollar, reports the financial information site Tustex.

Permanent liquidity pressure remains the main explanation of this bearish movement.
