On the occasion of his visit to Tunisia, Fritz Dräxlmaier, President and owner of the German automotive components group Dräxlmaier, on Thursday, kicked off construction work on a new production plant with an operational capacity of 2,500 employees in the industrial zone of Jemmal, Tunisia.
Estimated at an overall cost of more than 110 MDT, the new production unit is the fifth investment of the German group Dräxlmaier in Tunisia. It stretches over an area of 45000m² and foresees the creation of some 2500 new jobs.
