Tunisia: SOPAT delisted from stock exchange

The shares of SOPAT was delisted from the main equity market of the stock exchange as of November 3, 2023. The delisting of the shares of the Kamel Belkhiria Group from the TSE follows the public offer launched by the Group on October 31, 2023.

This public offer for the acquisition of 1,647,997 shares in SOPAT was launched by the companies of the “La Rose Blanche” group, namely “Medigrain”, “Les Grands Silos de Sud – GSS”, “UNAGRO”, “Les Aliments Composés du Nord – ACN”, “Société Tunisienne de Production Alimentaire – STPA” and “Les Grands Moulins du Cap Bon”, which hold, in conjunction with the companies of the same group: “GALLUS”, “Les Minoteries des Centres et Sahel Réunies – MCSR”, “Les Couscousseries du Sud” and “Les Pâtes Warda”, 36,213,253 SOPAT shares, representing 95.65% of the voting rights of the said company out of the 37,861,250 shares making up its share capital.
