SOTUVER recorded revenue of 121.5 million dinars in 2025, up 16% compared to the previous year.
On the local market, revenue declined slightly by 6%, but the contribution from SOTUVER Glass Industrie (SGI) helped reverse the trend, bringing consolidated growth to +4%.
Exports remain the main driver of growth, accounting for three-quarters of revenue and recording a 26% increase despite a demanding international environment.
On a consolidated basis, the group’s overall revenue reached 262.3 million dinars, an improvement compared to the previous year, supported by the positive contribution of the new subsidiary Sotuver Glass Industrie (SGI).

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total debt stood at 163.7 million dinars, a decrease of 14% compared to its commitments at the end of 2024.
Investments made as of the end of December 2025 amounted to 45.2 million dinars, compared to 98 million in 2024, a decrease of 54%. In terms of financial investments, this includes the buyback of SGI shares to increase its stake to 100% of its subsidiary’s capital.
