The SOTUVER Group, a leading Tunisian glass industry company, has published its consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2025. The results confirm a sustained growth trend, driven primarily by export sales and improved profitability.
The group’s revenue reached 136.1 million dinars (MD) in the first half of 2025, an increase of 25% compared to the same period in 2024 (108.9 MD).
This performance is largely supported by exports, which account for nearly 84% of revenue, with 113.8 MD, compared to 81.9 MD a year earlier. In contrast, domestic revenue declined to 22.3 MD, compared to 26.9 MD in June 2024.
Thanks to cost control and increased activity, the group’s net income reached 26.7 million dinars, nearly double the level recorded in the first half of 2024 (13.5 MD). Operating profit also rose to 44 MD, compared to 32.9 MD a year earlier.
Regarding debt, borrowings and similar liabilities stood at 161.8 MD, slightly down from the end of 2024 (171.9 MD), reflecting a desire to stabilize the financial structure despite heavy investments in its subsidiaries, particularly SOTUVER Glass Industries.
Bolstered by this performance, SOTUVER strengthens its position as a champion of Tunisian glass exports, while diversifying its activities through its subsidiaries, including SOTUVER Green, dedicated to renewable energy.
