The stock market continued its decline on Monday, slipping by –0.19% to 14,326.64 points, with a trading volume of 8.1 million dinars, according to the stockbroker, Tunisie Valeurs.
The share “OFFICEPLAST” recorded the best performance of the session. Shares of the producer of office and school supplies rose by 5.8% to TND 2.000, with a modest turnover of TND 89,000.
ASSAD stock was among the biggest gainers of the session. Shares of the automotive battery producer rose by 3.6% to TND 3.200. The stock saw limited trading activity totaling 49,000 dinars during the session.
MONOPRIX stock ended as the worst performer on the TUNINDEX. Shares of the retail specialist fell by –4.2% to TND 5.950. The stock was traded for only 5,000 dinars during the session.
SFBT stock managed to stand out in the session, recording an increase of 1.5% to TND 13.500.
The stock fueled the market with a volume of TND 1.4 million, making it the most heavily traded stock on the exchange.
