The subscriptions to the “Bond Wifak International Bank according to the principles of Islamic Finance 2021-2” in the amount of 15 million dinars (MD), have just been successfully closed on December 15, 2021, stock market broker Maxula Bourse announced in an information published Monday on the website of the Financial Market Council (CMF).
Subscriptions were opened on December 10, 2021. This bond was issued without recourse to the public call for savings.
