Tunisia: TABC seeks infrastructure projects in Africa

The Tunisia-Africa Business Council (TABC), in partnership with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), is organizing a workshop in Tunis on Monday and Tuesday December 4 and 5 to review the “Accelerating and Scaling up Quality Infrastructure Investment in Africa” (ASQIIA) project.

The ASQIIA project aims to support the development cycle of infrastructure projects in Africa through the implementation of two interdependent work streams.

These are the production of up-to-date information on countries’ investment priorities and key pipelines for the coming years, and the establishment of a dynamic community of practice for mutual learning and sharing of experience to assist public authorities and regional communities in accelerating project preparation and simplifying resource mobilization processes.

Five African countries are participating as pilot countries in this project: Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Senegal, Rwanda and Tunisia.
