An agreement was signed on Thursday in Tunis, between the Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT) and French Company Tele performance to end the crisis in the company and organize the working relationship between the administration in this company and the union.
It was signed by the Deputy Secretary General of the UGTT for the Private Sector, Belgacem Ayari and Bertrand DERAZEY, CEO of Tele Performance.
Reinstatement of the dismissed during the last strike, activation of the salary structure with a financial impact of 0.7% y scale from January 1, 2013 and 1.1% from July 1, 2013, are the main points of the agreement.
