Tunisie Profilé Aluminium (TPR) has published its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, as they will be submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on June 6, 2023.
The results show a record net profit of 29 million dinars, compared to 19 million dinars a year earlier, a growth of about 52%.
This evolution is mainly due to the sharp increase in the group’s revenues, which rose from 215 million dinars in 2021 to 285 million dinars at the end of last December, up about 32%.
As for operating expenses, they increased by 27% to 242.6 million dinars, compared to 190.2 million dinars a year earlier. As a result, the operating result rose by 71% to 42.2 million dinars, compared to 24.6 million dinars at the end of December 2021.
In addition, net financial charges rose from 8.7 million dinars to 12 million dinars between 2021 and 2022, while investment income went up from 6.1 million dinars to 7 million dinars.
