At the end of the first quarter 2014, the company “Ateliers Mécaniques du Sahel” (AMS) achieved a gross turnover of 8.867 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) against 6.656 MTD in the same period of 2013, up 33%.
To March 31, 2014, the value of finished production (valued at sale price) reached
9.372 MTD against a value of 8.404 MTD in the same period of 2013, recording an increase of 12%.
Cumulative investments (tangible & intangible) reached 215 thousand dinars at the end of the first quarter of 2014, against 608 thousand dinars in the same period of 2013, down 65%.
Planned investments to improve productive capacity of the pots and pans section will begin from the second quarter of 2014 for a total cost of 2 million dinars.
