A mission of Tunisian businessmen (12) is currently taking part in the 16th edition of the International Building Fair (SIB) held from November 23 to 27 at the International Fair of Casablanca (Morocco), according to a press release of the Export Promotion Center (CEPEX), published on Thursday.

Facilitated by the CEPEX, Tunisian exhibitors showcase in a pavilion with a surface area of 144 m² a rich offering of products and accessories related to the building sector, such as multi-layered tubes, sanitary wares and accessories, wood and its derivatives, cork insulation, electrical accessories, abrasive items, etc…

With a total surface area of 20,000 m2, SIB brings together more than 650 exhibitors representing 35 countries, including Tunisia, Spain, France, Egypt, Germany, Syria, the United States and China.

SIB is considered to be the first Moroccan fair with an international dimension, bringing together local and foreign professionals working in the building and related trades sector, the statement said.

This meeting favors meetings, exchanges and contacts in which professionals enjoy an integrated offer conducive to business and prolific partnership.

Morocco’s Prime Minister Abdelilah Benkirane and officials and other Moroccan officials visited the Tunisian pavilion during the inaugural day.

Benkirane expressed his admiration for the quality of the Tunisian products exhibited and welcomed the strong Tunisian presence at this biennial event.
