Tunisia: UK Clarke Energy strengthens presence locally

UK Clarke Energy, a major player in the field of sustainable energy and environment continues to believe in the investment climate in Tunisia and decides to strengthen its Tunisian teams and expand its regional Hub of Francophone Africa based in Tunis by investing in a new headquarters located at the Gardens of the Lac 2, Tunis.

This headquarters is therefore equipped with a spare parts stock store of its gas engines manufacturer Innio Jenbacher.

This is an important decision that comes in a delicate health context. It is also a strong signal from a UK company that continues to believe in the strategic position of Tunisia and the quality of its skills and develops its investments.

Clarke Energy inaugurated its new headquarters on December 16, 2021, in the presence of Mrs. Helen Winterton, Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Tunis.

Clarke Energy also celebrated, on the occasion the signing of a partnership with the major industrial group “La Rose Blanche” to ensure its energy efficiency.

Clarke Energy Tunisia has installed a park of 170 MWe in Francophone Africa including about 100 MWe in Tunisia.

 Clarke Energy in Tunisia has 70% of the market share in terms of installed gas engines, 80% also of the market share of electricity produced.

The company has a strong presence in Tunisia.

Present in Tunisia since 2008, the British Group Clarke Energy contributes to sustainable development thanks to its cogeneration solutions by guaranteeing a saving on primary energy and a significant reduction in overall energy expenses on behalf of the companies that have trusted it.
