Watany Telecom is to become the second MVNO in Tunisia after Lyca Mobile, with the official launch of the service scheduled for the first quarter of 2018, Telecompaper reported.
The new entrant will use the network of Tunisie Telecom and will primarily target the Libyan community in the country.
Ericsson is working as a technical partner on the new service, while two communication agencies are preparing the launch campaign.
