Tunisian-Libyan Company VILAVI increases its capital by nearly 20 million dinars

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the company VILAVI, formerly named Al Naseem Tunisia has approved increasing the company’s capital from 100 thousand dinars to 20 million dinars.

VILAVI is a joint venture between the Slama-Gias Group and the company Al Naseem Libya.

This Tunisian-Libyan company bought in 2009 the ice cream business of Nestlé Tunisia, becoming one of the leading ice cream manufacturers in the country.

Founded more than 30 years ago, the industrial company GIAS industries of the Slama Group was first active in the packaging of butter, then in the production of margarine.

Today, more than 800 employees make up its cooperative. Its best known brands are Goldina, Vanoise, SANGO and OPPA
