Tunisie Sucre doubles its capital to €100 million

The Extraordinary General Meeting of 22 June 2023 decided to increase Tunisie Sucre’s capital by 50 million euros to 100 million euros.

Tunisie Sucre was founded in 2007 by the Libyan businessman Nouri Abdessamad Salem. Almost a quarter of the company’s capital (23.96%) was confiscated after January 14, 2011.

The company, on June 23, held its annual general meeting for the financial year 2019, at the end of which the company’s accumulated losses amounted to 46 million dinars, including a deficit of 4 million dinars.
